Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)

Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) If you have a complaint about a product or service purchased on our website, and you are unable to reach a satisfactory solution through our customer support team, you have the right to resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms.
RAL entities are independent and help resolve consumer disputes without the need for legal proceedings.
In Portugal, some certified RAL entities include:

* Porto Consumer Information and Arbitration Center: www.cicap.pt
* Arbitration Center of the Autonomous University of Lisbon: arbitration.autonoma.pt

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) In addition to national ADR entities, the European Union provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, which allows consumers and traders to resolve disputes related to online purchases simply and in any official EU language.
Access the RLL platform via the link: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr On this platform, you can submit your complaint, which will be forwarded to the competent RAL entity in your country.
Important Information
* Recourse to an ADR entity is voluntary and serves as an alternative to the courts.
* Under EU law, it is mandatory to provide consumers with clear information about the existence of RAL and the RLL platform — a commitment that Voltys Performance fulfills to ensure transparency and legal compliance.
